- Activity data: number of participants, passenger weights, preferred flight date, hotel/pickup details and comments you provide.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Browsing data: technical and cookie data, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To manage your booking, payment and the provision of the Activity — legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To contact you regarding your booking (e.g. rescheduling due to weather) — performance of the contract.
- To comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
- To respond to enquiries — our legitimate interest / your request.
- To send commercial communications, only where you have given consent — consent.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared with service providers that act as data processors on our behalf, including: our web hosting and email provider, our online payment provider (bank/payment gateway), and Google (Google Calendar, used to schedule and manage bookings). We do not sell your data. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required.
