Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Provider identification

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking and purchase of tandem paragliding experiences through this website, operated by:

(hereinafter, “the Company”, “we” or “us”).

2. Purpose

These terms regulate the contracting of tandem paragliding flights and related services offered on this website (the “Activity”), between the Company and the customer (“you”, “the Customer”).

3. Bookings and prices

  • Prices are shown per person and include VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate; the VAT amount is shown itemised at checkout. Optional services (e.g. hotel pickup, +40 €) are added at checkout.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive the order confirmation email.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (number of participants, weights, preferred date and contact data).

4. Payment

Payment is made online through the methods available at checkout at the time of booking.

5. Weather conditions and rescheduling

Tandem paragliding depends on weather conditions. The selected date is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions. If the Activity cannot take place safely on the chosen date, we will contact you to offer a new date for the Activity. If no alternative date can be agreed between the parties, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Activity is a leisure service provided on a specific date. In accordance with Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of leisure services performed on a specific date or period. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and expressly accept that, for this reason, you have no right of withdrawal. This does not affect the weather-rescheduling described in clause 5.

7. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations requested by the Customer at least 5 days before the booked flight date may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice, or failure to attend on the agreed date and time (no-show), are non-refundable.

8. Participant requirements and safety

  • Participants must follow the pilot’s instructions at all times and meet the health, weight and age requirements communicated by the Company.
  • The Company may reschedule, cancel or refuse the Activity for safety reasons.
  • The Company holds civil liability and accident insurance covering the Activity.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, any dispute may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, and consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
